Avoid this seller, and possibly this product. The listing photos are AI, and are considerably different from the real product (3x4 filter knobs vs 4x4) and my unit seems to have been sitting for so long (Nov 2011) all the "rubber" surfaces on the jogs and knobs are have a VERY sticky residue that stays in your fingers (photos). Tried cleaning it with 90% IPA and made a bigger mess (3rd photo). Altogether, this my second purchase of this controller, ~10y ago, which is rather decent, but you should knob every button is "clicky" not a "padded" feel, and with this material deteriorating like this, the jogs feel unusable. ... show more

Disappointed
Sticky wheels and rubber knobs. It was like touching a mouse clue trap or fly paper. They probably sent me the one the previous 1 star review was talking about. Definitely get what you pay for. The company website is not helpful

Put the product away from the market.
Jogs are feeling like they have been exposed to heat or high temperatures, that feel like they are melting down, bad experience my fingers ended like if I touched crazy glue.

USED GEAR!!!
Said it was new. Came in a crumpled, taped box. Wheels had some sticky substance on them. Scratches. So disappointed.
