The media could not be loaded. …I don’t have kids. I got this for myself. As a DIY musician exploring new territories, I ordered a Novation Launchpad to try my hand at. Then this popped up, and I thought it would be a fun little gadget to make some noises with. Both those things arrived in the mail the same day, and I had more fun playing with this thing than I did the actual sequencer. I was not expecting to hear Bizzare Love Triangle by New Order come on right after “Old MacDonald Had A Farm”. I would’ve loved this as a kid, and my mother would’ve hated it. But luckily for parents it has a headphone jack! And luckily for me, because I can plug it right into my Korg Monotron Delay. I only wish it had more explicit instructions. I can’t figure out how the recording function works, or how many different scenes there are in the launchpad. Also one HUGE drawback (unless it’s explained in the instructions that either don’t exist or I somehow lost): If you’re playing a loop or streaming from bluetooth, the second you hit one of the piano keys, it stops. And also, the tempo seems to randomly drag or speed up for no apparent reason. I’m not sure if a child would notice or even care about this, but for me it almost adds to the charm. Looking forward to producing my next album with this DJ mixer. (Note: the korg synthesizer is not included, in case that was unclear.)

The concept of the is awesome.The look is nice and very enticing to a small child.I like this item,my only issue was the Audio, it's low.Now that might actually be a plus to some parents. So if you are OK with the volume being low then this won't disappoint. ALL the buttons work and it will be true joy watching your aspiring Dj mix on their turn table.The price for this Item isn't bad at all

Very well built, the sound quality is amazing. It is hard for a kid to figure out, but they’ll get it if you help them. It comes with instructions, and even hooks up to your phone and works as a speaker. When you hook it up to Bluetooth no other buttons will work, besides the Bluetooth button. Overall a good toy, my kids love it.

I kinda laughed when my wife said she wanted to get this but I was wrong. My kids played with this for hours straight at a time. There's so many different features but they really like the synthesizer where they could make their own beats and songs. It's like a real life version of the roblox beat making server. Not super or technical but definitely functional enough to draw their interest ,especially my 7 year old. Huge win.

This kept not only our 2 toddler grandchildren's full attention for a few hours for a few nights, it also consumed the attention of their 20-something parents! There's plenty there to play with, lots of variation, and I appreciate that it's not horribly loud. The bluetooth connection works, but the music doesn't get loud enough to be useful, so we disconnected that right away. The mic is also too quiet to be heard. The rest of the functionality is wonderful and fun!

I picked up this DJ mixing toy because my son absolutely loves music and making noise and I figured it was better than handing over my expensive headphones! Setup was incredibly easy right out of the box which is always a huge plus. He’s hooked on it for hours every day and it really makes him feel like he's running his own little club. My favorite part? It connects to our devices letting him mix along with his favorite songs. If you have a mini music lover at home this toy is genuinely worth every penny. Highly recommend!
