The size is just right, assembly was simple, but the table doesn't come with screws to attach the legs to the top. The table looks like it had been dropped a couple times with left some dings and dents. Otherwise, great table.

This is a great product for the money. It's taller by half an inch than the listed measurements - just heads up. Perfect for a small space; you can see that I have this table in between our fireplace and the sofa because the shape of our living room is kind of tricky. The wood is not the best quality, okay, but I think it's a great quality for the price and it's sturdy as well so you don't have to be overly mindful of how you set down your glass, etc. It's got this nice rustic-industrial vibe. As regards assembly.... so, the pieces are all very straightforward to put together, like, you don't really need a manual\guide. However, one thing I had to figure out on my own is that the T's for the stretcher won't tighten all the way because if you do, they won't face the correct direction. You need two people, ideally, to put this together because the threading on the stretcher tightens in opposite directions. It would be cool if the seller found a manufacturer that would make a custom-threaded stretcher that could screw into both pieces at once. Pre-drilling is always a best practice but it's not exactly necessary since the wood is so soft (I did pre-drill ours though). Getting the measurements to be equal between the two sides of the table when connecting to the tabletop also took patience, measuring, leveling, marking - just to give you a heads up so you can manage your expectations. Other than that, it's a wonderful table, we're suuuuper happy with it. We'd been looking for a table for our funky little space for like six months and this definitely filled a need for us. Packaging and shipping were outstanding. Recommend this 100%. It was very gratifying to be able to invite family over for a meal that didn't involve us sitting on the couch eating off of tv trays. ... show more

Easy assembly. No instructions so hopefully you have some basic tools in know-how. It's a little bigger than I expected. So I'm having issues trying to figure out where to put it in my small apartment because I don't have a proper kitchen. But I love it it's real wood and I'd buy from this brand again. ... show more

I didn’t have to assemble this table to know it was not what was advertised! The metal legs were all scratched, every piece. The scratches weren’t a shipping issue as they were all bubble wrapped and the box was in tact. The legs also didn’t fully tighten leaving the whole thing wobbly. Lastly there were no pre drilled holes to connect the wood piece. This is a project, not a table! I don’t say this lightly but this is the worst item I’ve purchased on Amazon. ... show more

I bought this table for my townhouse, because I already had bar height chairs for my breakfast bar. It is pertect. Exactly as pictured, and very sturdy. It is just fine for four people to dine at even though it is a little narrow.After reading the other reviews, we knew there were no pre drilled holes, but that was not a problem. It was easy to assemble. The wood is on the soft side, so my husband was able to use a nail set to make guide holes for the screws. I am using furniture polish on the top to give it some protection. The table top does have a “rustic” look with grooves and knots visible, so that might not be for everyone. This was an excellent value for the price! ... show more

Excellent quality for the price. Have had it for 5 full years and it's still going strong! The legs were a total miss - without any predrilled holes or alignment, I could never get it to stand up straight so it was wobbly from the start. I ditched the original frame and legs and installed the table top on a standing desk frame instead. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. This wood is SUPER thick, super solid and super heavy - and costs way less than any standing desk of equal construction on the market. The table top does scratch easily, but it adds to the farmhouse chic vibe I'm going for so I don't mind. Also, the scratches are only cosmetic - they don't impede functionality or use so no need to worry. It looks vintage and intentional when all banged up. Definitely recommend (except plan for buying a different base unless you want a wobbly table). ... show more
