When this was ordered, my expectations were low based on the price of this, but I was prepared for that. When It arrived, I was shocked at the build quality of the seat. Flawless stitching, nice firm feaux leather, super solid and comfortable. If someone had the seat alone for sale, I would say it is on par with something more like $300 for just the seat. If I spent $300 on a seat, just a seat, and it looked and felt like this one, I would have never looked back, its that good. The frame is simple and easy to build, will require lots of tightening and micro adjustments, but once that is flushed out you are set. Barely flexes while I drive, in fact only the steering mount has any movement. The gear shifter is probably the only mount you may need to jerry-rig or adapt to get it honed in as far as the position, as it does not adjust. Again, insane quality. 10/10 ... show more

Title: Easy to Assemble, Comfortable, Well-Built Racing Cockpit with a Minor Quirk Rating: 4 out of 5 stars Overall, I'm very pleased with this racing cockpit. It was easy to assemble, is comfortable to use, and appears to be well-built. The only minor issue I encountered was that the bolts needed to be re-tightened after the first use. Ease of Assembly The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to assemble the cockpit in about 30 minutes by myself. The parts all fit together well, and there were no missing or damaged pieces. Comfort The cockpit is comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time. My buddies and I did a 2.4 hours Le Mans, and I was not fatigued at all. The seat is well-padded and supportive, and the backrest is adjustable. The pedals are also comfortable to use, and there's plenty of space for your legs. Durability The cockpit appears to be well-built. The frame is made of sturdy metal, and the seat and pedals are made of high-quality materials. I'm confident that this cockpit will last for many years of use. Minor Quirk After the first use, I noticed that the bolts on the cockpit had loosened slightly. I had to re-tighten them all to prevent the cockpit from wobbling. This was a minor inconvenience, but it's something to be aware of. I do wish that there was some better cable management for my wheel and pedals. Overall not a huge issue though. Overall Despite this minor quirk, I'm still very happy with this racing cockpit. It's a great value for the price, and it's perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy racing games at home. I would highly recommend this cockpit to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, and well-built racing cockpit. ... show more

It’s definitely nice, but could be a bit better with the adjustments.(5 stars for price, 4 for adjustment) The wheel sits too close and high, or too far and low for my body. Only built it today, but still trying to find the right comfort adjustment. This is the second ‘off brand’ I’ve built, and it could really benefit from having a seat slide. The most difficult part during assembly had to do with the wheel/pedals. Expect IKEA instructions with no ‘lettered’ parts, although the book DOES letter them. Best to lay them out to identify the pieces. The seat is comfortable enough, but I’ll be adding some C clips to keep it in the ‘up’ position, so I don’t feel like I’m leaning back or pushing myself into the seat (it pivots at mid back, but no manual adjustment). Mine did come with one less screw knob, so I can’t install the shifter plate to the seat. If you want more adjustment range or the option to fold it up, spend more money. Otherwise, this is a good, cheap alternative to a computer chair and office table. ... show more

Had 1 missing part - an adjustment knob - to me that’s no big deal - seems sturdy and I’m a big guy 275lbs love that it adjusts - wheel coming tomorrow - we shall see

Directions are wrong... Ànd missing 2 pieces... Still give it a 4 star due to it being bada$$ for the price.... and the missing pieces and wrong directions dont take away from that...( Still usable) Of course we will see how ot holds up to some Use...

    • Missing parts
Product is missing a few bolts and is also missing where the gear shifter would sit. This is extra irritating because it’s a Christmas gift for my 14 year old and there’s no way in hell I’d be able to get another one by Christmas. I decided to set it up today and have it on display for him when he comes back home Christmas evening from visiting his mom. There goes that 🙃 ... show more
