I have now purchased this same doll twice per my Granddaughter’s request. The first one, she wore her out. Ratty hair, hands broke off etc. now that she’s 9….. all she ask for this year for her birthday. Hopefully we won’t be as rough this time Highly recommend!!

I got this doll a few moths ago and I really love this big doll! she is so fun to play with, pose, and style her hair! but a warning, hand falls off really easily, made of flimsy rubber. I was so sad when its came off. HUGE disappointment thats why I went with 4 stars.

3 year old was obsessed! I bought a wig brush per other reviews which helped a lot with the hair. hair comes sectioned off which helps present it untangled. No issue at all with product.

My daughter loves this doll. As others have said, it needs to be unboxed by an adult. Get ready to spend about an hour drenching the hair in wig spray as you brush it in sections. Best to keep the hair in a braid or more as the hair gets easily tangled. We’ve had it for over a month and my daughter still loves it. A younger child might find it difficult to handle the hair. It definitely isn’t for every day brushing unless you have the time to detangle. One frustrating thing, though, was to see it being sold for less than half the list price a month after we bought it. The price fluctuates ridiculously for the overpriced doll. 😊 It gets 4 stars because of the messy hair. Not yet sure of its durability. ... show more

Ok parents, here's the scoop. This doll is actually really nicely produced for the price point. Here are a few tips and tricks to keep her from being a rat's nest. 1) Unpackage the doll by yourself, carefully. It is a large item and she has interesting hair ties that keep her mane in the box looking nice. Take your time. 2) Make sure to have a wire brush, like an American Girl, Our Generation or wig brush handy. You will thank me later. 3) Have a wig or braid spray handy. This will literally save your doll's hair. 4) When she is out of the box do not remove all of the elastics at once, remove one section's elastics and save these, they're very handy. Once a section is free, spray liberally with the braid spray, you can dilute it to a 1:1 equal parts water and spray. Start brushing from the bottom up, and take it easy, this is a long haul process but will extend the play value of the doll immensely. 5) As you brush each section work your way up to the head, section by section, slowly. You will have pulls and knots that form, it is due to the length and the fact that the head has rooted hair. If a knot forms, brush downward toward the bottom and try to either bring the loose hair all the way down to the bottom and then pull or snip out only the hair that is loose, it will be longer than the regular hair and will be easy to spot. DO NOT CUT CHUNKS OF HAIR. 6) As each section becomes brushed through and sprayed, you will notice it is much easier to brush tangle free and the wig conditioner/braid spray will keep the fibers slick after drying to aid in brushing. It also rinses easy too if you've overdone it with just water in a spray bottle. 7) Once all the hair is brushed section by section, then begin to brush down from the crown. I snipped the tiara out after carefully detangling it, it'll make getting knots out from play much easier. 8) I braided the hair just for ease, but once you do all of this, and I promise it is worth it, your child or you will enjoy playing with her long hair for a long time! ... show more
