For a few more dollars you get an actual all-metal cover that actually covers everything. Delivery was fast and installation was snap. Don't waste your money on that plated plastic stuff.

Well made solid item. Looks overall better than the one that came with our original airgap. However I was expecting it to cover not only the plastic rim of the deck nut but also the washer/gasket (which should be above the sink). It did not completely cover that. I tried to adjust the airgap by lowering it but to no avail. Since it looks more refined than the standard one we decided to keep it but would have preferred it to cover the whole assembly. ... show more
