I am plus size and pregnant and was embarrassed of the little belly fat I had as soon as my belly started to pop. These have really helped add that little bit of support I needed to give me the “rounded” belly shape! I especially enjoy wearing them anytime I don’t have maternity pants on and it provides the same supportive feeling. I was excited for these belly bands because the idea is great, but unfortunately it fell short for me. They are not very comfortable to wear for more than a short period of time. They became hot and very uncomfortable. They are also very long and awkward with any pants other than simple leggings. The biggest issue is that it does not stay in place. No matter how I adjusted it, the band constantly rolled down or shifted throughout the day, which became frustrating and distracting. I found myself readjusting it far too often. Overall, it might work for very brief use or light activity, but if you’re looking for all-day comfort and reliable support during pregnancy, sadly this wasn’t it for me.

These bands helped me save money by not having to buy maternity pants. I continued using my regular jeans, unzipped, throughout my pregnancy up until I gave birth. These bands held up my jeans nicely. They were very comfortable, didn't ride up, and stayed in place with the grippy part down "grabbing" the jeans in place throughout the day. They also helped cover my belly so that I could continue wearing my regular shirts, they just looked like another layer of clothing. With these bands I didn't have to buy maternity shirts until my 3rd trimester. Lastly, they also wore nicely as a skin barrier to prevent irritation from the postpartum band.
