    • Great tasting cheese pizza and it warms up fast
I would buy this again, it is a quick meal you can just toss in the microwave and eat in a few minutes. It actually tasted like a cheese pizza is supposed to, instead of like the frozen cardboard tasting pizza other brands sell.

Of all the frozen pizzas in the grocery store, DiGiorno in my opinion comes closest to a restaurant produced products. They are generous with mozzarella have a great tomato sauce flavor. I’m a purist and prefer the plain, hand tossed version but I’ve also tried the pepperoni, four cheese and ‘everything’ toppings as well and they are consistent. It only takes 3 mins and 20 seconds to prepare but I personally add extra oregano before cooking which really adds to the flavor. ... show more

By far the best individual frozen pizza on the market today. I have eaten a whole lot of cr.p...unpleasant tasting pizzas before finding DiGiorno years ago and I haven't looked back. South Beach used to make a superb frozen pizza that was also low carb, but I guess not enough people were buying it because one day they simply stopped making it. That's left DiGiorno as king of the hill. Now, while the instructions say you can microwave it, don't do it that way if you're looking for something edible. Also, if you want the crust to rise, you cannot let the pizza defrost before sticking it in the toaster oven. put it in frozen solid at 400-425 for about 18 minutes and you'll have a great tasting and looking pizza. Please note that the 5 stars is not because this is the best pizza, but the best FROZEN pizza. There's a big difference between this and what a NY pizza tastes like. That isn't what you're getting here so don't try to make the mistake of using a pizza shop pizza as a comparison. But if you compare this to the other frozen pizzas on the market, you'll be pleased with choice. It is pricier than the other frozen pizzas but I believe that it's worth it. One individual pizza gives me two meals so I look at it as costing under 2 bucks per meal. Can't get more economical than that. ... show more
