Digiorno, Classic Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza. Really good for a frozen Pizza. I will admit, I doctored it up with toppings I had on hand. I added sliced mushrooms, red onion and a little 95% lean, pasture raised, grass fed & finished ground beef I'd defrosted to make up a batch of hamburger patties for the freezer. I also put some sliced black olives and some fresh spinach on one-half; then sprinkled just a little shredded mozzarella on top to help the rest of the added toppings stay in place. The comments were "that was really good pizza" from the critic who normally would say nothing at all or only that it "wasn't bad" when questioned. To come right out with a compliment is almost unheard of! I suspect, since it was basically a pepperoni pizza, for those who like a single meat & cheese pizza, it would be just as good without all my extras. ... show more

Tasted great except I let it stay in the oven a bit too long. It was listed as 4 servings, grams protein per serving. For me alone, it was lunch and dinner. Goes great with a naked 🥗 🍅 cucumber 🥒, which for me would be cucumber, tomato and/or leaf lettuce. It took less time to cook than listed.
