I am 6' 6'' 270 lbs. Was not sure what size to get so I ordered large x-tall. The length was perfect but the waist and thighs were a tad too tight. I did not return them because I have a blind hope of eventually losing weight and then they should fit fine. Construction seems to be good but I expect scrubs to be the type of clothing not meant to be worn for any length of time and to be constantly cleaned. I was looking forward to these but unfortunately they run very large and aren’t true to size. I ordered a medium and received a tagged medium but 20 inches more than quoted to where the drawstring was still ineffective. The pockets are great there’s lots of them and the fabric feels really nice and the whole pant has a professional look. They aren’t too heavy. My Cherokee scrub pants are super comfortable, have a good-looking fit, and pockets. These by contrast are “just okay” or worse depending on how they fit you. On me, they are too long, even though I bought small short. They are middling in terms of comfort and appearance, but the thing that gets me is the lack of pockets except for a dinky little back pocket. Sure, these are cheap, but I’d rather go for Cherokee scrub pants or a brand that has a better fit and more pockets next time.
