I ordered a medium and it fits great. My measurements are Bust- 39", Waist- 34", and Hips- 43". I am busty but I usually wear medium's in my tops. I did look at the size chart for a reference, but in the end I went with the size that I usually wear. It's definitely more fitted with a slight flare by the hip area. The material is so soft and thin. It's breathable. I really like all the pocket space as well and the hook at the top of the shirt for an id badge clip.
