I usually have no issue ordering regular small in most other brands, and after looking at the size chart I went with regular. I am 5'6", 145 lbs, 28 pant size for reference. I’m 5’10” and 155. Got a medium long my normal size. I don’t mind a fit a little on the loose size but these are simply too big. My lazy butt doesn’t usually return things but actually going to return them and get a smaller size. The material is very stretchy and lightweight. And they look like pretty decent quality

I ordered a medium, fits perfect and has enough stretch and doesn’t lose its shape. I ordered a petite but should have gotten regular, I was a little nervous when I forgot and put them in the dryer but it didn’t shrink at all. My favorite brand for scrubs!
