If I could give negative stars, I would! DO NOT BIY THIS! It is not the poles shows. They sent a looped pvc you have to try to bend without breaking it. It doesn’t stay upright and about impossible to create the correct arch.

I’m 50/50 on this balloon arch. I feel like something is missing when I use it. When I start adding the balloons to the pole, the pole starts coming out of the base. Not sure what’s going wrong.

I wish I had balloons to waste before using this for an event. So embarrassing putting something up and parts falling off and the balloons weighing it down. I used it for a baby shower and prayed it wouldn’t collapse on the mom to be. First the water bags aren’t enough to stabilize the poles and 2nd the plastic ends (which are a genius idea) don’t stay on. I had to gorilla glue them on and even then they kept falling off. This was fairly straight forward as far as assembly goes, but getting the pipes to completely straighten at the ends was really hard, so my arch was not quite uniform. Of course, once the balloons are on there, you don't really notice it. Also, unrolling it is fine, but trying to roll it back up for storage was difficult, and I fear that I probably put kinks in the pipe that may end up breaking next time I try to use it. The water bags that hold down the base are pretty easy to fill up, but it can be a challenge to get all the water out when you are done with it. Also, know that they will be a bit heavy if you fill them completely. In addition, you get a repair kit, if needed. I did not have any problems with it, but it's nice to know that I have it for future use. The kit also comes with plastic rings that you attach the balloon to. You then slip the rings with the balloons over the pipe, and keep adding more rings until it is filled up with balloons. You can use the sticky dots to stick smaller balloons into the gaps to really fill it out. The ends of the pipes have caps where you can insert more balloons and finish it off. Give yourself at least a good four hours to do this job. ... show more
