I wear a 9.5 wide redwing boot. But decided to go with a 10 regular. Definitely go up a half of a size from a boot and a down a half of a regular shoe size. Extra width was not necessary at all. Love these shoes. Lightweight but not mesh. love the leather slide heel. And obviously the boa system is the best part. Not having to adjust my shoes after each game is great. Only complaint which is not enough to take a star away, would be the boa being on the back instead of tongue or side. Only because you can't be lazy and slide the shoe off by just stepping on the back with the opposite foot without relocking it. But overall great shoes very comfortable. Best bowling shoes I have ever used, and I have used a few others. Easy to put on and remove for this old guy. I was able to get a good slide with supplied soles and heels. Very comfy and supportive. I am very satisfied and I would definitely recommend these shoes.

These are great the colors are nice, no annoying laces to deal with. Easy to change sole. The only bad part is other soles are not included, but are available for purchase
