This just fit and work fine. Having a really hard snow in high mountain in Colorado means i got stuck a lot. My OEM got lost somewhere deep bury in the snow when a big truck tried to tow my car which got stuck and when the tow rope snapped I lost it. I bought this after market and looks and feels strong. I haven't used it but from when it attached to the bumper, I can tell this is strong enough. The only small complaint is that it's not align either vertical or horizontal. Looked like just what I wanted but the bolt size was incorrect, it did not fit my 2017 Mazda Miata RF as Amazon claimed it would. But the eye and bolt itself looked great and it would have been perfect for my car. I did eventually manage to find one similar that had the proper bolt size

This does not fit my car. The rod is too short. Not as advertised. Does not fit my BMW. I TRIED 2 AND BOTH FO NOT FIT EVEN THOUGH IT IS ADVERTISED IT WILL. SAVE YOUR $$ AND YOUR TIME TO RETURN. IT IS RATED THAT THIS ITEM HAS HIGH RETURNS. DON'T BUY.

    • Looks good but the rod is too short.

It looks pretty decent, but the rod it comes with is very very short and is not long enough to screw into most cars. Had to buy a different one just to get the rod to use for this hook.

it worked very well when my differential blew up, it had plenty of strength to pull a car with locked wheels onto a flatbed. Although I am not happy about my car I am very happy I had this with me or else he would have had to mar up my control arms.

I bought this mainly for aesthetics and to cover the rusty tow hook attachment on my race front bumper reinforcement on my 2016 Mustang GT performance pack. Little did I know my clutch would go out a little over a week after attaching it and I would need to tow my car. When the truck arrived, I was hesitant to actually trust the cheap hook to pull my car up on the flatbed and to secure it while it drove to the dealership.
