The item I received is fundamentally defective. It arrived with two identical left side panels, one of which was incorrectly labeled as the right panel, rendering assembly completely impossible. This is a critical manufacturing error, not a minor oversight. In addition, several components were visibly bent and cracked, suggesting either poor handling or substandard quality control. After spending over an hour attempting to assemble the item and inspecting the damage, I was left with a large, unusable product and a great deal of frustration. To make matters worse, the seller’s return policy requires the item—weighing approximately 80 pounds—to be repackaged and returned. Given the condition in which it arrived, repacking it was extremely difficult, and transporting it poses a serious burden. It is unreasonable to expect the customer to bear the logistical and physical challenges of returning a product that was defective upon arrival. I am requesting a full refund without the need to return the item, along with appropriate compensation for the wasted time, effort, and inconvenience this situation has caused. I strongly advise other potential buyers to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, this purchase was a significant mistake.

As other customers have said, lots of dings and dents on the panels despite little to no damage to the box. This is going in my shop so the cosmetic issues aren't that big of a deal to me personally. What IS a big deal is that one of the side panels is dented halfway up right on the structural fold causing it to weaken the panel which started to bow out once it got a little weight in it. This thing is too large and heavy to be worth disassembling and trying to send back. I am lucky enough to have the ability and materials on hand to reinforce this section. I would steer clear of any of these cheaper metal cabinets if you don't have the ability to fix something like this, especially since this seems to be a common issue with all of them and trying to return these would be a lot of effort.

If you are like me and don't know how to build things, I advise you to find someone who can help, because the instructions are not clear; otherwise, it will be easy. The cabinet is amazing, looks great, is very sturdy, has a lot of space, and the shipping was super fast I received it before the promised time. I will definitely buy another from this seller.
