    • This is the third time I've used Detroit Axle
This is the third time I've used Detroit Axle, on 2 different vehicles. The bearings I'm replacing (Detroit Axle) lasted about 130k miles. The key is to properly torque the hub nut. If you don't know the torque spec for your vehicle contact Detroit Axle and they'll tell you.

so far so good. got the car cheap because of traction light and abs codes. replaced parts and away it went! packaging wasent great one cv shaft had blown the back cover off and fallen apart. only needed one for now will reassemble if the other is needed

I was told Detroit axles are the best so I bought me some news ones. They were packaged very well and went in like nothing. At one point one of the cv axlecs cap popped out and Grease was everywhere but I believe I may I hit it causing it to punch out. Easy fix. Tap it back in with a mallot and looks perfect rides perfect ... show more

Arrived on time , fit perfectly. Excellent choice at an excellent price. Update: both axles and 1 hub have failed and had to be replaced in under 30K miles. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

EXTREMELY well made!! These are a perfect fit for 2001 Tahoe. Definitely not cheap chinese knock-offs. I see no reason these will not last for 345,000 miles of South Dakota winters and gravel roads like the factory installed hubs and axles!
