It’s sturdy after putting the screws in on the bottom side. Very easy to assemble and it comes with enough space for a messy desk top. Overall it’s good!

First - this is great, and I am currently loading it with pens, pencils and papers. I love that it's wide and big enough for folders and books I'm putting in. That's not true of every desk organizer - many aren't wide enough. I also love the design of having a spot for small items such as pencils. It's far less cluttered on my desk right now. But here are the caveats: --This is built on hinges. Which means as you try to put it together, it flops around a bit --Some of these pieces were slightly bent. Easy to bend back, but a little annoying. This also meant I had to do some bending to get the bottom to stop bowing. It eventually sat flat, but slightly annoying --The whole thing is basically held together with 4 screws. If they won't work, pop out - this, again, is built on hinges and will collapse on itself. Overall - a great addition to my office, just a pain to assemble.

What you need to know at a glance: * This is a well designed and thought through organizer * It feels solid and durable and the materials are good qualify * Aesthetics will blend easily into many different environments * Assembly is relatively easy and the needed screws are included in the box (and include one spare) * The included assembly instructions are a little more difficult to follow than they could be, but are passable * The design allows for flexible use of the storage * Perfect for an office, school or homeschool room * Does not become unstable when loaded with heavy books and binders This is a well designed, flexible, durable organizer that would fit well into many different environments. It's quite easy to assemble and sturdy and stable.

Others have touched on this. The method of assembly is something I've not seen before. I didn't think it would work but it seems to be holding (for now). It is a handy addition to my home office. It allows me to sort various folders into three groups (e.g. active cases, closed cases, and reference material). I don't have enough to need a file cabinet so this is just right. ( I keep expecting it to fall apart though.)

I'm using this to organize my craft supplies on my craft desk. It's working good to hold my inspiration ideas in the vertical storage and various pens/pencils/markers. It was easy to assemble and the price was less than retail stores for a similar product.

I consolidated 3 bulky plastic bins and 3 cups of markers/pens that fell over twice a week when the kids tried to grab one. Not only does this support vertical documents better than the plastic bins I had (less flopping over), but it also holds a stapler, pens, tape dispenser, post-its, and a few other little piddly things floating around. Construction is rock solid once you get it put together. Setup up, it felt a little flimsy, but once you get the screws in you can tell its not going to budge. Very well thought out, and helpful organizer. It also perfectly matches my doc holder that I already owned - bonus! Gripe - The hinge which allows it to fold together during assembly sits 1/16" below the base, which will scratch my wood. I pulled it forward to it hangs just over the edge, and luckily it looks fine. This may be a moderate annoyance depending on your setup. The hinges should have been constructed on the *INSIDE* to avoid this issue. I could put a rubber mat down, but like I said, it hangs over the edge.. not a problem for me.

This was kind of a mess to put together. It isn't held together very well. They give you 5 screws for 4 holes, the whole thing is supposed to be held together by pressure, I guess. But two of the four screws stripped when I was trying to put this together. The end result is that this thing is flimsy. It also has hinges on the front and the back. The hinges are welded on there, even though there are holes for screws. And they are also not placed in such a way that allows for the organizer to sit level. Overall, it feels cheap, looks a little cheap, is flimsy, and was irritating to put together.
