I purchased the same vanity from Lowes. I never got to see the vanity before I purchased it as Lowes did not stock the item. The vanity cost almost $100 more than the one from Amazon. The box shipped by UPS was damaged and so was the contents. The front had a chip five inch splinter taken out it and the side panel was warped. The vanity although from the same manufacturer the one purchased from Amazon was well packed and arrived with no damage, even though the box arrived with a hole in it. I have read some of the one star ratings claiming that the vanity was flimsy. The trick to assembly of a sturdy vanity is to apply wood glue the parts before screwing them together. In fact all of our furniture that we had to assemble ourselves were glued before nailing or screwing them together. ... show more

this item was damaged beyond repair before being shipped. The doors show cracks and chips painted over. The sides connecting hardware together broken. The bottom panel couldn't be connected together could be assembled because it had pieces missing. I want to be clear the UPS delivered a box dirty but NOT damaged. The quality of this product is ok. But not great. The tightening cam screws are of poor quality and do not have an over center 'click' as good quality ones do. The paint is ok as well. Also the instructions were misprinted on one set of screws. Overall this cabinet is not bad and works in a pinch.

The only vanity made with real wood, no pressboard, for the price. Fairly easy to assemble. Recommend using a little quick drying ( 10 seconds) glue as you go along. Very well packaged with lots of foam sheets .Arrived undamaged.

Product is extremely cheap. None of the grommets match up and every time you try to open a drawer the draw face falls off. One of the drawers is so misaligned that I could not even put the base in without attempting to line up the holes with a new cut. Don’t waste your money.

This is a basic inexpensive vanity which we ordered for a rental property. Looks nice enough. Want to give kudos to manufacturer (Design House). When the vanity arrived one of the doors was severely damaged (during shipping). Amazon wanted to replace the entire vanity (after we sent the original back). I order this for my moms new place. I was fairly easy to put together, but where it comes together with the hardware, the screws seems to not close correctly and it comes apart. The doors were cracked and paint was chipped on the doors. Not happy about that and to re box to send it back would of been not fun.. This is why I don't like to buy on line.. We have not pick it up to move it to her place yet.. but seem kinda unstable.. Front heavy because of door.. Back seems to want to come apart. What to do??? ... show more
