Only 1 of 12 wooden plugs fits. The other 11 fall right out so are useless. The anchors are thin plastic and bend as soon as you try to push them into the wall. You can't lay the items flat with the anchors so you either have items that rock back and forth against the anchors and wall or install without and risk it falling or other damage. Lose-lose situation. I would not recommend. They look good, so I have to go to the hardware store to make adjustments to make them sturdy and installable. But why order online if you have to spend so much more time and money fixing what you ordered. I'm only on 1 of 4 pieces (the robe rod) and it's been awful. No anchors because they don't work. Hoping it doesn't fall. No wooden plugs. But it doesn't look bad with only screws. Get something else unless you have additional items at your house (that you spent other money on) to supplement. ... show more

I love the old 'oak' and its color. Not popular anymore. But I find the price too high. Obviously, when hard to find the price goes up. Good quality costs more.
