These jeans are IT ! They're a soft, smooth denim, awesome fit, with just the right amount of stretch to give where and when you need it. For reference, I am 5'7", 150 lbs, waist-30", hips-37" and ordered these in size 9, which fits really well, but not super snug. A great relaxed fit for every day running around. Be advised: These jeans are long, which I LOVE because I plan to wear with wedge sandals and heeled boots. They fall about a 1/2" to 1" from the ground at back of a 2 or 3" high boot heel, respectively. They will drag with a flat shoe! First of all, let me say, that I am pretty hard core when it comes to reviewing items and do not give high ratings very often at all. I would give these more than 5 stars if possible. I have a really, really, really hard time finding jeans to fit me. I have very skinny legs and am only 5'1" and basically have no butt or hips. Based on reviews I read, I decided to take a chance and order online. Amazon has such a nice return system, I figured it would be no big deal to return if needed. I purchased a size 11 and they are awesome. They are slim fit through the hips and thigh and then flare out from the knee down. They are a true bootcut, not bell bottom, which is what I was looking for. I normally wear Medium, 8-10. I will be ordering some more of these since it is so hard to find jeans to fit. They are lighter weight than a true Levi's type jeans and they do have a little stretch. They are very long and I will have to hem them, but I have to do that to every single pair of pants that I buy, so no big deal. If you are on the fence about ordering, just do it. These jeans fit like a skinny jean very stretchy but with the flare leg. I first got the sz 11 returned for 13. The 13 fit snug but feel comfortable and my butt which I no longer have LOL looks purty dang good. Waist is roomy. Length is fine. I'm 5'3" weight 154-156 lb. These were perfect. I am tall and thin so I have a hard time finding jeans that fit my waist, but aren't really baggy in the leg. These were the perfect fit! I will be buying more pairs.

I usually wear 6-8 so I opted for a 9. Slightly tight and a little long, but they have a lot of stretch so they are still very comfortable. Issues with order include feeling like I received a return item. No tags on jeans (like you'd see on new clothing items). Also, the embroidery inside jeans reads "LA Premium Wax Jean Since 1992" and not "Design by Olivia" which is what I expected from product title. Worst issue though is that they smell heavily perfumed like febreeze which remained after washing. I'm keeping the jeans anyway, hoping the fragrance dies down after a few washes. The price was right and I needed a pair of jeans that fit and that's what I got I guess. ... show more

Loves these jeans. I ordered the blue and the black and put them in the wash immediately. They came out great and they didn't loose their deep color although they did shrink a bit - half an inch or so. They were super inexpensive so they did have a few strings and a few stitches that were a bit off, but I just snipped them away and they look fantastic. They are long on me - I'm only five feet tall - but the fabric is not hard at all and it's stretchy so hemming them a a couple inches will not be a problem. Great buy. ... show more

I have ordered Design by Olivia awhile back. I love the fit and I wanted a few different colors 😌. I tried to order 3 more times and all I get is Wax jeans!!!! They don't fit the same!!! I will return the third pair and give up trying to get what I actually want.
