Today marks the full two months since I started using this scar gel to minimize the ugly biopsy scar on my arm. I should not had gotten the stitches to begin with, since the biopsy wound was tiny, but my dermatologist stitched me up anyway. From day one, I’ve been using this gel faithfully every single day, applying it 5 to 8 times a day. The top part of the photo shows the exact moment my stitches were removed two months ago and the bottom one taken 5 minutes ago. One bottle lasted me about 8 months. It helps my skin texture. I only see slight improvements in my old scars, but really helps with my more recent scars. I couldn’t believe that it actually worked on my acne scars. I have dealt with acne for my whole adult life, and have not been super kind to my skin when it comes to not-picking it. I was blown away by how well this worked, i’ve been using it for about a month and my skin has showed continual improvement ever since. I add it 2 times a day, after serums but before moisturizer.     • Does a good job.
I am several months post a bilateral mastectomy, (flat closure) and did not receive any info about how to care for the scars. This Derma E cream is clear and non greasy and non-staining. It has a couple of items in it that were listed as helping scars heal. It was a price I could afford. I use this one during the day and Moderma PM overnight (also reviewed). I am quite satisfied with Derma E as its slipperiness lets me massage the scar to prevent adhesions to the chest muscles below. I feel my scar looks satisfactory to me. I don't seem to have adhesions and, not using any prosthesis, I am very happy with the landscape of my nice flat look. (age 78 here.) ... show more

It smells good kind of has like an aloe type of smell to it since it’s a gel it’s slightly tacky but not annoyingly so. I used it for small new acne scars that I had gotten after having clusters on my cheeks I used it for about five weeks it cleared it. I would definitely recommend this product.

    • It works my incision is definitely fading
This was recommended and it doesn't really have a scent which is good you don't want that on a fresh incision. I've been rubbing it in twice a day for a few weeks and it's definitely working very well already my incision is looking pretty darn good. This doesn't burn at all or anything like that.
