    • Just cutest little things! Pink plants bring joy!
I can't say there is anything that I didn't like about this set-up! They are the cutest little fake plants and the planter is beautiful! I see that other reviewers have stated that there is a smell, I did not find that with the ones that I received. They were just great. I didn't think for some reason (?) that they could be separated but I did that and am very happy to have these guys in different areas. They would be great in a bathroom or somewhere where there is higher density. The pink plants are different "species". You do have to look a bit closer to tell though. Other reviewers also weren't real happy with the pots. I was expecting pots with gold through them, and that's exactly what they were! Shiny or matte, I'm sure either will look great! Mine are on the matte side but certainly does not detract from the overall appearance. Love, love, love succulents and these could hide in a grouping and would only be noticed because of the pink and the rocks are a bit shiny... I would recommend these for yourself or a gift! I hope they come out with similar but not exactly the same as that also would look lovely together! A+ from me! ... show more

Ok so I was skeptical of these because although I'm sure they exist, I've never actually seen a natural pink succulent. They go with the theme of my living room in black and pink and gold however so I'm really glad I tried these as I think they are really fun. Since they do look a bit fake, I think they look best on a high shelf to draw the eye upward and add a pop of color and glam. ... show more

These are 2 inexpensive artificial succulent plants in 2 separate pots. The black pots have gold accents painted on them that are attractive. As you can see in the pictures, there are small pea gravel-like stones covering the surface of the "soil". The artificial plants are very pink! It is important that you realize that these are very tiny! I took this photo next to a standard 6 oz. juice glass to help with the sizing. So, as an accent with another plant or two, these will go nice, but by themselves tend to get lost on the shelf. For the price, knowing this , you will be fine.     • Cute but smelly
My cousins got me a small skull planter, and after killing one air plant and one succulent plant, I decided to give up and go with a plastic succulent. These are really cute and fit into the skull nicely (so he has a little pink mohawk) but I found that the intense plastic smell was overwhelming. I could smell it several feet away. I currently have them sitting outside and I'm hoping the fresh and cold air will help to dissipate the strong odor. Fingers crossed that my skull can get its mohawk back! ... show more

Using these as decorative pieces in the bedroom for ambience. These were just a bit smaller than I anticipated, but it actually worked out, as they are compact and easy to move as needed. The pink of the faux flower is very pretty and adds a pop to the faux plants that I have.

    • Looks good, almost fooled my mother into being real
At the time of the review, these are pretty inexpensive. It's the holidays, and when I opened them, my mother was asking about them and how she thought they were real (you can give plants dyed water to make them pink), which seems like pretty good praise. They smell faintly of plastic, but not that bad, so I think they were probably degassed at the factory. The pictures make the outside shell look really glossy, but they're more of a semi-gloss. You could, in theory, polish them up, but I won't bother. If you want that super vibrant glossy look, you'll either need to (you can look up a tutorial on polishing plastic on youtube), or find something else. I think I'd recommend them. ... show more

No, they don't look real, because they're pink plants, but they're very cute on my coffee bar, which is black, gold, and pink themed! I wish they were just a tad bigger, and that there was more gold swirl in the pots, but I like them overall!
