    • Good way to save money vs. body work
I used this to pull a dent on my Subaru Forester. It worked pretty well, but eventually the glue gun jammed with glue and was unusable, but all the other stuff in the kit worked as designed. I would buy another glue gun if I needed to use it again.

This kit didn't completely get the dent out as the glue kept pulling off the car. I tried everything. It did pull the dent out mostly but still a noticeable dent so not entirely happy.

I followed instructions exactly while trying this on literally dozens of dents, dimples and dings on my 1998 truck. Was successful on exactly one. Glue gun was pitifully cheap. Glue sticks provided don't adhere to plastic pull tabs well enough to give any pull on metal. On other hand, glue residue is nearly impossible to remove from truck. Save your money. ... show more

I bought this set up hoping to fix a badly dented rocker panel. While I was unable to pull the rocker back into shape (no fault of this kit. It’s just too far gone) I was able to pull several dents out of my other car and some friends cars. All in all it’s a fun little project to do while sharing a beer or two and some conversation. My kit was missing the dent puller and extension. I thought "What the heck, I'll make it work." Well, the hot glue gun fell apart 5 minutes into the job. I employed my butane Zippo lighter to melt the glue, which didn't adhere very well to the dents I was trying to repair. All-in-all, I don't recommend this kit. ... show more
