My son was gifted this bat from his Grandparents. He’s 9 playing in 10U All Stars this summer. He’s very happy with the bat. Honestly I like the way it sounds sooooo much better than the pencil bat and so does he. It’s has a great noise when you hit the sweet spot (which is comparable if not a tad better than the Victus) it helps him recognize when he has it right. It will sting his hands pretty good on a miss hit tho despite what they’ve done to reduce that. I wish they made this in a drop 10, I feel like he’s going to leap frog right out of the -11 now that he’s got his swing good and is facing faster pitchers. But it’s right for right now. He loves the grip, says it’s thick enough, and absolutely loves the design on the barrel, nice to stand out with a hot design in a dug out full of pencils. The value for the money was bank cannot complain at all. Made it through the regular season and all stars with no dents so it seems durable. Did I mention it sounds nice for an aluminum bat?
