after reaching out to Amazon about my broken pump they said they couldn't replace it so I contacted the company and let them know about the broken pump and I spoke to Eldi who owns the company and he sent me out a new pump promptly. He was very kind and easy to work with and wanted to make it right. my 7-year-old and I have been making these balloon animals now for a week and we've had a lot of fun. Customer service with Eldi was fantastic. He definitely wants you to enjoy his set. The app is amazing it makes it so easy to follow and to learn. Even though so far all the pumps and I've looked at or the three that I have are all made of plastic I'll probably end up spending a little more money for a small electric one. The handheld pumps are definitely a little hard for my kids. all in all pretty happy with this I give it five stars especially for the customer service on replacing the pump, all the balloons and stickers in the markers are fantastic. And we definitely love the app! Thank you Eldi! **Original post** So this is my second balloon learning box that I've bought in the last week and again the pump is terrible. It doesn't blow up balloons and then the handle broke completely off of the tip. I like all the balloons and the stickers and the app is great but the pumps are terrible these plastic little pumps that don't even connect properly and it doesn't blow up balloons is really disappointing. I'll have to send it back and hopefully get another one that's got a better pump. Until then I'm giving it three stars just because of the pump is terrible. my 7-year-old really wants to learn how to do this so I figured I'd do it with him and so far I've been really disappointed.

Got a lot of balloons, stickers and markers, including the pump. App that shows videos of how to. I loved it. I was excited to open the box, the night before the party, and couldn’t fill any balloons. Finally, figured out that the pump is broken, with a big crack through it. I wanted to give 5 stars, but am giving 3 stars, as i cannot blow any of them up to see if the balloons are good or not. So, for now, 3 stars it is. Edit: I was contacted by Eldi and sent a pump and another extra pump and balloons to make up for the missing pump. I tried the balloons and pump today. These balloons are really long and awesome! I tried following the videos from the Pp and was successfully able to make dog, poodle, giraffe and monkey. Out of over 15 balloons i used to make animals, only one balloon was faulty. Instructions were a little fast paced for me and i had to go back or pause in the middle. But! Instructions are clear, on how to measure the lengths and how to keep the bubbles same size or longer.

I bought this as an activity for a children's birthday party, but realized that getting good balloon animals like the pictures does take a bit of practice and learning, probably more than the 1 or 2 hours of the typical birthday party. At the very least, I would recommend the adults becoming familiar with the techniques ahead of time, so that adequate help could be given and...to avoid frustration when everyone realizes it isn't as easy as it appears, at least when you are first learning...The app did a great job of demonstrating various techniques, with lots of additional demonstrations of interesting shapes and designs. I have a renewed appreciation for those who can whip out beautiful balloon animals or shapes and make it seem so easy. We did have to pause the videos several times while trying to master the techniques, which is the benefit of recorded video instruction when learning something new. Overall the videos were very clear in terms of direction and explanation of technique. I look forward to working with this some more with my kids and am glad that the supply of balloons is generous enough to allow for lots of practice, as well as the occasional burst balloon mistake. Very happy with this set and would absolutely recommend it to others!

This is a nice, full kit, and the balloons are better quality than others out there. The app was easy to follow along with! However, the pump broke within the first 5 mins of using it. Good thing we already have a great pump at home. I would recommend buying a better pump to go with this kit.

My 10 year old made balloon animals for her whole class during a special event. The videos are great with so many tips and tricks to make you succeed. And the balloons are very strong! The only problem is the zoo of animals all over the house lol.

This is an awesome kit! My son loves the balloons and the app. The balloons are very nice, thick quality. Probably the best I've come across and I've purchased several balloon animals kits for my son so far. The pump was broken in our kit, but the selller and creator of the kit checked in with us and genuinely apologized for the pump being broken. He quickly sent out a new one with some extra balloons which was a nice touch :) The app is awesome and easy to use. And the balloon projects are very creative and fun. My 4 year old is a big fan and I've learned to become a balloon artist mama lol. The videos are very easy to follow! I especially like that there are different sized balloons included in the kit and that there are projects other than balloon animals. My son thought the magic trick was really neat. Overall great experience from start to finish!

My first balloon animal! We started to do this as an arts and crafts activity during quarantine because my son simply hated drawing or anything related to art really. It is too difficult for the 3 year old but the 6 year old has been able to follow along with the simple ones such the sword. He was able to do 75% of the flower on his own. The app is good and has many videos. It simplifies each step including how to properly tie the knot. The kids enjoy working on it and we make it a fun family activity. Hopefully I can use the skills I learn from this ok future bday parties. 🙃
