The media could not be loaded. I had high hopes for this faucet considering the amount of positive reviews and the fact that Delta is a well-known brand usually synonymous with high quality. Sadly, that is not the case with this bathroom faucet. After spending good money to have a plumber professionally install it, I discovered from my first turn of the handle how deafeningly loud the sound from the water flow is! In the included video, I only turned the handle a quarter of the way, but you can still hear how annoyingly noisy it is. Turning the handle all the way results in a noise so loud that it can be heard from practically any room in the house! The plumber assured me that there was nothing wrong with the installation and this was simply the design of the faucet. Possibly the aerator, which restricts the water flow. Also, the water flow is too narrow for my liking. Even when the handle is turned all the way, the stream remains very narrow, but comes out with more force and obviously, more noise! In addition, while I like the aesthetics of the faucet, there are two glaring holes on either side of the handles where the screws attach to the faucet. Delta has supplied no caps to plug these holes with and the result looks unsightly and low-end to me. Come on Delta, how can you cheap out with something so simple! Reading reviews for other Delta faucets, these issues seem to be reoccurring complaints, along with leaks, which took the plumber a while to fix with this faucet. So, now I have no choice but to return this faucet and purchase another brand like Moen and pay the plumber again to install it. Overall, I am a very frustrated customer, but I hope my experience serves as a warning to other prospective buyers. *Update 10/30/2020* After several weeks of repeated phone calls with Delta's customer service, during which time they kept sending me ill-fitting aerators, they finally sent me a less restrictive aerator that actually fit. After installing the replacement Delta RP53998 2.2 GPM Aerator , the noisy water flow problem was resolved! I can finally use this faucet again without being reminded how maddeningly loud it is. For those interested in purchasing this faucet, I would highly recommend getting the replacement 2.2GPM aerator, as well. In closing, while I no longer regret buying this faucet, the issues I mentioned should have been addressed by Delta with better quality control BEFORE reaching the consumer. ... show more

The faucet looks nice but was an absolute nightmare to install. For some reason Delta does not include a tool to turn the nut on the center faucet. All they would need is to spend 50 cents on a little plastic tool, as they do with other faucet models. Instead you have to find a way to turn a huge, non standard size nut in the extremely tight space under your vanity. In my case where the nut gets tightened is so tight no other tool (pliers, wrenches, anything) could fit there so I had to settle for hand tightening. Another inexplicable problem is they give you a cheap plastic tail piece instead of a metal one. Again, they save $2 on the cost of this faucet they charge you an arm and a leg for. My tail piece actually broke during installation and I had to order a replacement, which I got in metal, as it should've been to begin with. I've always loved the other Delta products I've bought. This was a huge disappointment. ... show more

    • Don't waste your money

Horrible product! I paid a plumber to install the faucet. Within two weeks the left handle was facing the back wall and the right handle was spinning 360 degrees. Unfortunately, the packing materials were thrown out at the time of installation, so I could not return the faucet. I had to purchase another faucet (a different brand) and the plumber installed the new one. He showed me and explained all the technical reasons why the Delta failed. So, now I am out the cost of the faucet and two visits from a licensed plumber. I will not be purchasing anything from Delta again. ... show more

    • Beautiful Faucet, Two Leaky Connections

This faucet utilizes two copper fittings (one on hot side, one on cold side) that each connect to a corresponding black plastic fitting on a hose. These connections both drip unless they are kept straight after they are snapped together. They won't keep straight if they are allowed to hang on their own. So I taped both these connections to their corresponding copper-tube supply lines with black electrical tape, making sure they were taped straight. And they don't leak. I would give this zero stars if I could. I guess you get what you pay. I like the style. I HATE the little hole on each handle that you see whenever you use this faucet. I HATE the sound the water makes as it GUSHES out of the faucet! I really hate the $$$ I paid my plumber to install it. And I HATE using this faucet and being reminded how much I hate it and how much it will cost me to replace this brand new faucet! ... show more

    • Stunning design, beautiful finish, but a pain to install

1- apparently this design is being discontinued by Delta, which is a mistake IMHO. This design is stunningly beautiful for faucets, a nice blend of traditional, but not as ornately fussy, so transitional. It's classy and will look just as nice 10-20 yrs from now. Of course, I have traditional tastes and disdain the ultra square, boxy, funky contemporary style in vogue these days. 2- the oil rub bronze finish is particularly beautiful for this design. It doesn't look as nice in stainless or chrome IMHO 3- the wide set is 3x the work of installing the centerset because you have to install 3 faucets instead just one in the centerset. Fortunately for me, my brother installed for me, but I had to help him with wide set and he installed the centerset in 30 minutes for each unit. He spent as much time installing one wide set as he did for 3 centersets. However, very happy with end result. The pop up drain is included to match the faucets, and that is nice.     • Missing parts, but good faucet

This seems to be a well built faucet. I like that the thread brackets are metal and not cheap plastic. My only complaint was that right off the bat I am missing 3 of the same O rings. I could have contacted customer support, but my existing sink was already tore apart and I needed this one installed, so i had to go buy some. Besides that, the instal was simple. at least on paper. My only issue was not having the proper tools. Took 3 times longer because i lacked the proper tools. ... show more
