This is a solid piece of bath hardware at a reasonable price. Installation is easy, you just have to drill a few holes. I had previously installed this exact holder but several parts were thrown out by a contractor. I consider myself lucky to find this here on Amazon. It installs quickly and the best part is there aren’t any of the little P.I.T.A. screws that secure it to the mounting hardware!! It holds on just fine without them. If I had it to do over again I would move the mounting hardware a tad closer together. ... show more

This matches the towel ring we chose so that’s why we selected this one. They both had decent reviews and this does seem sturdy enough despite the roller part being plastic. At least it doesn’t look plastic. Not sure how long the coating on that will hold you hit so far it seems durable. Husband had a very small issue getting it installed to where the roller was perfectly aligned with the mounting piece. The mounting piece in one side is a tad off but I’m probably the only one who would ever notice. I notice everything. ... show more

This was not too difficult to install, My son did not use the template but measured and used a level and it came out perfectly. He is a perfectionist so I don't know how easy it would be with the template, Looks great and goes well with the windmere faucet,

I ordered Used - Like New which I assume were just returns since the parts were in original packaging still. The installation template is really helpful. I hated how my old holders used set screws that alway came loose, this just slides on to the mount and is still secure.
