Cute bed. Not the easiest to assemble but still had it done in about an hour. Only complaint is the there is a small wood beam on both sides that the sheets always get stuck on when you drop the mattress in after you change the sheets. It is not a big deal, but is annoying. Very sturdy and I really like that there is a small lip on all edges. Easy enough for a toddler to climb over but keeps all the toys in the bed. I am so glad I bought this for my 19 month old boy! He is obsessed with Mickey Mouse. He refused to sleep in his crib and always tried climbing out so he slept with us instead so we decided to try this out. We put it together no problem, and it is so well made! My son immediately jumped in his bed and started playing in it! He feels like its his own fun space, and guess what?! He slept in it the very first night! By far my best purchase through Amazon, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Don't hesitate because of some of the reviews. This is a must buy for your kid! I love that the wood is like a rail guard all the way around so he won't roll out. The plastic beds only have it at the top and my son likes to roll around everywhere in bed. We bought this bed because it was Greenguard Gold Certified and the closest one of those we considered to the pack and play we are transitioning out of. This bed works very well for my kiddo. When the package arrived, it looked like the bed was a return because the paint was missing on many of the product's edges. Otherwise, it was in good condition. I recommend getting the mattress that is paired with it. For my short kiddo, it would be too deep to climb in and out of with a thinner mattress. ... show more

We got this bed for my toddler and he loves it.I like that it is low to the ground and easy for him to climb in. He also likes to jump on the bed and the bed is not going to fall apart since it is not off the ground. This bed is adorable. It is sturdy and was easy to assemble. I did it by myself one night while he was sleeping. I chose this bed for a couple of reasons. 1) The adorable design 2) The sides go all the way around the bed. Many of the beds just have the rails at the head of the bed. This one goes all the way around to keep him secure while allowing him to get in and out on his own. If your kid likes Mickey Mouse, they will love this bed. ... show more

This bed is awesome, it took a bit to assemble but nothing to complicated. My DS is now 19 months and hated the crib ever since he was 9 months old so he's been bed sharing with us ever since. Which I know is awful cuz my husband and I never would have a good night's rest. But we bought this bed cuz we know he loves mickey and we were surprised at how durable and strong it is. Its also short enough where he can climb in and out with ease. Well other that all that good stuff he SLEEPS IN IT AMAZINGLY!! My husband and I were relieved. My son absolutely loves this bed from the minute he saw it! He loves looking at all the pictures on it and he likes to look at the picture of Pluto and Mickey on the headboard while he falls asleep. The directions are a little funky but it's not too bad to figure out. The quality of the wood is very good and sturdy. I only had a minor scratch on the one side which cause a bald spot on the graphic but that was just probably due to shipping. The bed has three cross beams and a fabric piece that slides over the cross beams. Essentially the mattress sits on the floor, so I don't see weight being an issue (as far as parents/siblings laying in it with them). At first I thought that it was too low to the ground, but after seeing my son in it, it's the perfect size for him to climb in and out easily without getting hurt. ... show more
