We just took this suitcase on our first flight over Christmas- the corner got all dented in with first use! So disappointed. Had bought for my husband for Christmas, unfortunately beyond return window but definitely not the quality I'd expected for this brand.

I ended up purchasing two other carry-ons at local brick or mortar stores before noticing this on sale on Amazon. I thought I would give it a try, because I am a fan of Delsey luggage. Once it arrived, I quickly returned the other two. The highlights: its capacity is much greater than you would expect given the size. The zippers are heavy duty and feel like they could survive a nuclear war. The wheels roll so smoothly, it feels like the suitcase is gliding on air. It has a great 10-year warranty. But what really sold me was how great it looks in person - somewhat masculine, very high end. I took it on a flight soon after it arrived, and even though it is a carry on I had to gate check it. I've been wanting to purchase this luggage for a while, I finally got it. This is a nice lux looking luggage. It's very sturdy, zips and rolls well, I love the quality and design of all the neat pockets/compartments for small essential items, overall size is big enough to fit all the stuff I need for a short get away. The combination lock is supper cool to keep your stuff safe and away from snoops and crazy friends ;-). this rolly suitcase makes traveling a breeze. it's durable and has an ingenious lock. however, it doesn't sit nicely on a luggage stand as it has a clam shell design. you will have to park it on the floor while visiting. otherwise it's a keeper and good looking.

When I retrieved it at baggage claim this last time, the entire side wall had a crack. The company does not honor any warranty for damages by a third party.
