If I can give this product and company a ZERO I would. Do NOT buy this product! The largest piece I used for a weekend trip. The inside liner zipper ripped the very first time I closed it. The bag was half full, so it had nothing to do with over stuffing it. I tried reaching out to the company for the warranty, I sent pictures like they asked and a detailed description of the problem. They sent me a flimsy, mesh, gray liner to replace it with, when the one I have are black. I reached out to them again letting them know it was the wrong liner and wrong colour to no answer. I had to fill out another form for the first and second problem. still they sent another wrong gray liner. I requested that they replace the item at this point, they said bring it to a repair centre, with no locations or addresses attached and no response from them. The product is literally garbage. Don't waste your the money. I have not used the other two pieces by the way, but judging by what I see, it won't be much different. ... show more

I ended up purchasing two other carry-ons at local brick or mortar stores before noticing this on sale on Amazon. I thought I would give it a try, because I am a fan of Delsey luggage. Once it arrived, I quickly returned the other two. The highlights: its capacity is much greater than you would expect given the size. The zippers are heavy duty and feel like they could survive a nuclear war. The wheels roll so smoothly, it feels like the suitcase is gliding on air. It has a great 10-year warranty. But what really sold me was how great it looks in person - somewhat masculine, very high end. I took it on a flight soon after it arrived, and even though it is a carry on I had to gate check it. I was pleased to see it come off the baggage conveyer looking just as new as when I checked it. ... show more

Start off with haven used yet will do update . I was leery over reviews but I personally called delsey and they honor this companies warranty she said they work with them all the time . She also recommended this bag over the flanerie which I originally purchased from kohls but then saw this was larger . She delsey service said this is a step up and the company is legit . So we shall see but overall shipping amazing came way faster than what was told and it’s such classy looking bag . ... show more

The zipper sometimes is too hard to slide. The hard case is very delicate, or maybe I'm just worried it breaks like what other reviews said. Thankfully it's still intact after first using it with 75% content.

I bought the full set of these Delsey Paris in silver, then my old carry on gave out so I got this one in black. Its excellent luggage and we travel regularly. If you haven't tried Delsey I highly recommend it!
