Absolutely loved this suitcase - beautiful style, color, and features...however it is not as durable as expected. I only took this piece of luggage on 3 international trips since I had it. On the second flight trip to DR, suitcase arrived with a small crack to the exterior shell near the bottom. Disappointed, but I still loved it and continued to use it. I ordered this item in November 2021 and as of February 2024 on our last cruise trip to Mexico (3rd trip), they brought my suitcase to the room completely cracked up at the top, the liner was showing. The customer service desk tried to "fix" it but ultimately had to give us a brand new suitcase they had in the back as a replacement, bc it wasn't fixable or suitable for me to travel back home with it. Needless to say, I'm now over hard-shell luggage and will circle back to purchasing fabric style. Soooo disappointed in this purchase! ... show more

It's very sturdy, zips and rolls well, I love the quality and design of all the neat pockets/compartments for small essential items, overall size is big enough to fit all the stuff I need for a short get away. The combination lock is supper cool to keep your stuff safe and away from snoops and crazy friends ;-). this rolly suitcase makes traveling a breeze. it's durable and has an ingenious lock. however, it doesn't sit nicely on a luggage stand as it has a clam shell design. you will have to park it on the floor while visiting. otherwise it's a keeper and good looking.

I always buy Delsey luggage and this baby gets used a LOT. The zipper broke on the inside fabric part. Totally bummed and travel so much that didn’t have the time to bother sending it back. Will eventually see if I can find replacement liner online. It’s scratch resistant and durable. Rolls great.
