Beautiful luggage and maneuverability is great. But if you plan to lock it, eh. I feel that repeated locking will wear the zipper down and eventually rip - as the image shows. And it wasn't even stuffed full! If you don't plan to use the lock often - not a bad choice at all for luggage. Decent size for carryon, nice light gray color with rose-goldish accents. Another eh thing was the straps to tighten down clothes. It wasn't a "pull-n-tighten" strap but rather just an elastic strap. The elastic strap - denim blue - did not tighten as well as our "pull-n- tighten" strap - gray - in our other Delsey luggage. 🫤......will be returning it. ... show more

Build Quality: This carry on is well built and has excellent stitch work. The extendable handle is relatively solid (not much wobble) and extends/retracts easily. The two non-extendable handles are REALLY nice . They extend out for carrying and have very comfortable ergonomic flexible rubberlike feel and retract back to a snug snag-free profile. The stitch work is excellent and durable. Interior screws and edges are covered with foam tape to prevent wear/damage. The wheels are well attached and very sturdy/strong. Fabric interior / Cleaning The interior fabric is a good durable, easily cleaned with a wipe down but can also be removed for washing via the red zippers in pictures). USB Access: An external USB port can be hooked up via an extension cord that extends in the bag. (You may have to unzip the liner to thread the cord through the grommeted hole) I use this to store my USB charger (see 3rd to last picture) Compressions zipper: The compression zipper works well and allows an extra inch or so of width to be used or compressed. The zipper is heavy duty and easy to operate. 4 Wheels: The wheels work Great at moving in any direction. I love the way the 4 wheel -- it gives a "weightless" feel to the luggage while moving through an airport. Durable outer shell / NO SCRATCH--from light abrasions I do not check this baggage but I do use in overhead bins. The outer shell is a nice textured matte finish and doesn't show any abrasions from being stored in the overhead compartment. The carryon still looks brand new after two uses. Unisex: I really like the fact that well fact that this color "works" for both myself and my wife. Most of our luggage is "too masculine" or "too feminine" for the other to use but we are both happy to use this luggage on solo trips. Built in locks: The built in lock is works very well and even has a place to "store" the zippers. This is the first piece of "recent" luggage that I have with this feature. I really appreciate having it available and built in as I tend to constantly loose track of my old luggage locks or keys. Nice Branding: This bag has a nice mature branding with a discrete matte black log. I think it looks great and adds a nice design touch and enhances the look without being obnoxious. Final thoughts: This is an excellent luggage bag that checks all the boxes for both myself and my wife. I highly recommend it. Loved when I first got it. Nice looking and very functional. Handle was broken off on the third flight I took! I was shocked as the bag seemed well made. Airline was no help as I did not report at the baggage claim. Bolts are rattling around in lining.have emailed customer service with no response. Supposedly still under warranty as I’ve only had it 4 months. Delsey please help. ... show more

I really like this luggage. It definitely feels and looks fancier than my cheaper luggage. The wheels roll really nicely, the zippers operate well, everything seems well thought out. To use the USB ports, you want to bring your own battery bank. My battery bank is 6 inch by 3 and 3/8ths inch by 1 inch, and it *barely* fits inside the sleeve provided. You're not going to want to go any larger than that, though you could possibly get away with longer length. This has become my go to luggage for this size. Lock and weight guide broke after 1 trip. The locking mechanism broke at the screw points ...so not repairable and the handle to test the weight was pinned to overweight with nothing in it.

The media could not be loaded. I bough the discount option where say in the description “ solidly scratch and reboxed” . Well STA lock is missing and the very soft shell is bended everywhere. As one of the review said: you can buy for less money a much better quality without the brand name . Shame of Delsey even making such a cheap luggage. Not worth it $144. ... show more

I've got two distinct perspectives about this luggage: 🧳There's nothing inherently 'wrong' with this luggage. On the trip I've taken, it's held up well in baggage claim; no dings or scratches in the process. The wheels glide well, and the USB passthrough's alright for a power bank. So that's basically to say, this does everything just fine. 🧳On the other hand, it doesn't perform any better than cheaper Chinese offerings. I have luggage at a third of the price (at the time of review) made of ABS that performs identically, and it's not like the Delsey is flawless either. It had fraying around some of the seams brand new, which is a bit disappointing for luggage at this price. So here's the takeaway. I think Delsey's luggage is attractive and well-designed, but quality-wise, no different than the no-name Chinese brands on Amazon. Take that as you will. ... show more
