My friend has this screen for his home office, so I already what to expect in terms of size and picture quality. This is a very good deal for $160 given the 32" screen size, curvature, and refresh rate so I was willing to take a gamble on a refurbished product. The delivery arrived 10 days ahead of schedule, so that was a nice surprise. The outer box was pretty beat up and it was obvious that the box had been used and resealed with tape. The box contained no instructions for the monitor, however it did contain new three-prong power and HDMI cables. The screen itself works brilliantly with no visible damage or dead pixels; the original manufacturer's sticker on the case indicates that the screen was assembled in July 2022. The outer case of the monitor was very dirty - dirty handprints on the white rear case, sticky residue and some small scratches on the metal base, greasy fingerprints on the screen. I spent about 10 minutes using paper towels and all-purpose cleaning spray and cleaned up the monitor. It works great and I have 90 days to return it to Amazon if something goes wrong. So far, so good.

I was upgrading my two mismatched monitors and saw these refurbished ones. The price was great and I took a gamble and bought two. My only complaint is that I don’t have enough desk space for them, lol. The color is good and clear without any dead pixels, I haven’t had any trouble with them since I purchased them. They looked new to me, I’d highly recommend them.

Excellent hi def 32" monitor, super easy stand assembly, plugged in the supplied hdmi cable and the power cord, fired it up and have been using it ever since. Factory Refurbished works for me. Looks great, works great.

This monitor is perfect! I use it for work, and the refresh rate keeps up with Solidworks easily! I have had no issues with it. It is well worth the money! I can have several things open as well as Solidworks and it still works great! It makes working from home a breeze! Well worth the money! It's a great buy, don't hesitate if you are in the market for a monitor, buy this one!

My home office has 2 desktops & 2 laptops each with 2 monitors. All but 1 run Windows 7 and the newest is Windows 11(not by choice). I edit, convert and upload 100's of videos every day. All of these devices allow me to do many things at the same time cutting my workday down to 12hrs instead of 20hrs. I bought this Dell monitor to satisfy my desire to have a curved monitor. That being said, its not as big a deal as I expected and it takes a little time to get used to. I use a black background for my desktops to make it easier on my eyes. Looking at multiple monitors it is plain to see that this Dell monitor is not as black as the others (19" Dell & 27" Samsung's) but its no big deal for me. What was and is a big deal is the setup was a nightmare. The computer I bought it for which is my Primary computer has no HDMI ports and this monitor has no VGA ports. What now I asked myself. After some research I found you can buy various different types of cables, adapters and switches to do most anything. So I whipped out my Amazon Prime Card and started shopping. Not being able to decide which way to go I just bought one of each so I would have several options. I even added 4 new USB 3.0 ports to be sure my devices would work as good as they could. This is where the fun started,,The new Dell monitor would only recognize a direct connection from the PC to the monitor. It took a while to figure out how to make it discoverable but eventually it did.The picture was clear, crisp and colorful. The On Screen Menu is a little hinkey to figure out but it worked in the end. But this did not solve the problem. Every option that I tried did not work as the Dell monitor did not detect the connection. First, the 4 new USB ports wouldn't install correctly and the required drivers couldn't be found. All the while I was thinking that the devices I plugged in to it were working they actually weren't. That's when I uninstalled the PCI card and plugged everything in to the existing ports that came with the computer. I thought that would solve the problem with the monitor but it didn't. My last option was to use the new monitor on a different computer and all went well So the point to my story is if you don't have an HDMI port on your computer then this monitor might become a problem for you. My monitor arrived in its original box very secure. I opened it and all the components were nicely packed. I unwrapped the parts and found that the base of the stand had a minor defect. Not a big deal but certainly was distracting. So I headed over to Amazon support chat and was greeted by an exceptional agent named "Bharathi D". Not only was she courteous and polite she was efficient, knowledgeable and effective. She wrote an email to the seller on my behalf requesting that they contact me about the defect in the base. Within 1 hour I found a message in my email from the seller requesting some information about the problem and they asked if I wanted a new monitor or just a new base. It took me a few minutes to get over how well this was going and I requested just a new base would be fine. They told me it was shipping the next day and gave me a tracking # to follow my package. I will wrap this up by saying take the reviews with a grain of salt and remember some folks are very hard to please. The price of this "RENEWED" monitor was a real bargain and sitting next to 7 other monitors it looks BRAND NEW and works that way as well. Having 90 days to road test it is awesome and should anything happen it is comforting to know that Amazon is here to help. Don't be afraid to try "AMAZON RENEWED" products you will be very surprised to find you can get what you want and have money leftover to buy more stuff! Good luck and Be Safe, Peter D NY

Delivery was on time. Condition of the monitor was as new. The monitor has a beautiful display. The box looked shopworn, but it had no effect on the condition of the monitor. The monitor has an audio output derived from the selected HDMI input, but no internal speakers. Satisfied with the purchase.
