I bought this product because the placement of the camera on my new Dell laptop was unexpectedly horrible, causing a condition called “nosecam”.     • Poor quality webcam
Quite disappointed with the quality of the webcam. The picture appears really dark. Tried to change drivers (user Dell drivers) but that did not help. Also strange that they do not send an HDMI cable given that the monitor has a HDMI input.

When our daughter had to return home from college and take classes online we realized that it would be nice for her to have a monitor larger than her lap top. This was a great purchase. My screen isn't formatting correctly. I ordered it as a second monitor for my computer. Everything is stretched out. Our Information Technology department says I may have to return it because they can't get it to stay at normal resolution.

I used to look terrible when video calling. With this monitor with built in camera, I now look great! My picture quality is always the best one on the screen.     • Worked great for a little over a year, then the speakers, microphone, and camera quit working
I do not use mime for gaming so not sure how to rate that part. quality is good and I really like the camera and microphone for video conferencing. Works great for me.     • Monitor good, camera SF ancient and difficult to use
Monitor Is a good value for the money. Still, as a Mac user for the last 7+ years it was such a pain to deal with archaic configuration steps such as ti disable the built-in camera in the PC so that monitor camera can work! You would think if the laptop is closed, monitor camera would take over. Wishful thinking. Plug and play beast around long enough but not for MS. Sorry to transfer by disappointment to the monitor.
