Sadly, this laptop forces me to look in another brand (Lenovo p50, crossing fingers). First problem, the pad fails after 3 months, is absurd to be forced to use a track ball/mouse in a laptop, you used if you want. Second problem after a year, the left hinge failed, this laptop is still functional but i'll use only on a desk. Buying Dell since 2007, this last purchase really was bad one. This is physically built beyond poor!!!! Total piece of junk, almost as bad as dollar store toys!!!! This sits on a desk and does not get transported but the hing broke just from being opened! Actually got stuck closed to where it couldn’t even be opened for use! Customer service responded quickly just to say it’s not covered! Haven’t even had it 4 months!!!!
