Laptop was delivered in time before Christmas as promised but malfunctioned immediately after turning it on and was unable to be set up. However tech support was key and the seller was accommodating for a return.

I am very disappointed with this computer!! I purchased it last November and it didn't even last a year!! I opened it this evening (July 14,2022) and it pulled apart at the hinge.     • Poor quality workmanship, do not back up product
Purchased in August 2021, noticed last month plastic around screen starting to separate, put it back in, no problem, just thought it was a plastic issue, happened again and screen started delaminating. Contacted seller and was told they do not fix damaged product. I did nothing to that laptop. From looking at it, I am guessing there was a loose or stripped screw that caused the plastic to separate. A company that does not stand behind their product is not a company I would recommend doing business with. Basically $500 down the drain for about 6 months worth of use.     • Terrible Machine - don't waste your money!
Don't buy this product, it's terrible. Even worse, when you call DELL for tech support or inquire on warranty options, they transfer you to all 4 corners of the world and treat you like a crook to get out of handling their own defective products. What a huge disappointment.

    • It does not charge unless you're using it
If you don't use your laptop 24/7 like a desktop, don't buy this. It doesn't charge if it isn't on and awake. I only use this for work purposes, so I have no need to use this at home. However, if you're a normal person and put it to charge the night before, it will not charge. It NEEDS to be actively used to charge, which is just counter intuitive ... show more

Really not a good buy. I bought this for school purposes in Oct 2021 it’s currently Jan 2022 and already there’s issues further to this I’ve probably use this laptop twice since I bought it. It’s really slow and the keypad keeps sticking

this probably would have been a good purchase if it had a ethernet port. i get headaches with wireless signals so a ethernet port is my only option. sure wish i knew that b4 i bought it! LOL
