  • Great for triple-monitor sim rigs
Bought three of these for my racing sim rig (mostly iRacing) in May '23. They are beautiful, well made, and Gsync works perfectly with these in triple surround mode. The resolution is excellent---I had VA 32" 1440p prior to these--and they somehow looked more pixelated even with identical resolution, whereas these are very sharp even with a close viewing distance of just 24 to 27 inches. Colors are excellent, and especially compared to the VA's I had before, I can perceive no ghosting or smearing. Loved them so much, as soon as I caught them on sale again in January '24, bought three more for my flight sim rig (for DCS World). This is where the response times have really made a difference, as headtracking works noticeably smoother with no smearing on rapid head movements. The clarity and colors are outstanding, and Gsync is super smooth. Would buy these again in a heartbeat. ... show more

  • Amazing Monitor for the Money! Wow!
This monitor is outstanding for the money! Large 32" display, IPS (1ms!), 165hz, amazing color, vibrant, 1440p. I wasn't sure how much I would like this monitor due to 1440p being ideal for 27", but after playing games and general use, my fears were put to bed. This thing is AWESOME! Games look colorful, sharp, and just AMAZING! Given the quality of the screen and features, this monitor is an amazing deal. Pros: -Colorful IPS screen. Colors look vibrant and whites look great! -1440p (What I was looking for to allow high framerates on my Nvidia RTX 3080). -Fast! 165hz, 1ms. No ghosting on the extreme setting. Very nice! -32" big screen -Bright! -USB-C connectivity for laptops, consoles, etc. Cons -HDR 400. I tested this, and it's not good. At this price-point, you have to expect this. After testing the HDR, I just ended up turning it off. NOTE: The monitor has 2 USB-A ports to plug in peripherals. These only work if a computer is plugged into it via the USB-C port. I wanted to use these to plug in a drawing tablet and USB headphones for my PC. I found out that the only way to make this work is to plug in a long USB-C to USB-A 3.1 gen 2 cable. I plugged the USB-C end of the cable into the USB-C port on the monitor and the USB-A end into the back of my PC. I got an annoying USB message from Windows, but ignored it. All USB devices, included hard drives, now work great plugged into the monitor. If you're looking for an upgrade from a smaller screen size, don't want to go to 4K just yet, and want the satisfaction of getting a good value, look no further!!! ... show more

  • Value for the price
It is a good size, has wonderful colors, and is a nice match for my 3070ti build. Suppose you can grab this for 250-300. It is well worth it.

  • Leaning tower of Dell? [[[[[[[[ 8 panel rating
Post covid world is floundering. Products are flawed, people are desperately selling anything, and the quality graph line is dropping on everything. With that said let's dig deeper. I knew ordering this during a monsoon season here in CA was on me, and the usual great Dell box was wet and not looking typically awesome. I have an older rare Dell white IPS 32inch monitor, and was $150 a few years ago. Classy looking monitor. It even auto switched activated devices. Cables could easily be pulled and changed in a second or two, and no bells and whistles. The controls are a Rubiq's Qube to navigate though. This Dell, like my Samsung 4k 32inch monitor, are nightmares when trying to change HDMI, DP, and other wires. Who is designing computers, monitors, and labeling things, BLIND PEOPLE FROM OTHER COUNTRIES. OMG. Why does everything require a flashlight, headlamp, mirrors, 3000 lumen beams, while holding all these things precariouly leaning over the equipment, and desperately trying to shove the stuff in a dark slot before falling over on it? I defy anyone to perform cable installation or changing before the calendar year flips. I do not think I'm alone in my complaint here. A few good things, price dropped like a rock to $350 with $100 off(why? Stay tuned), picture is high quality with no adjustments out of the box mentioned by others, speaker output is perfectly placed and easy to plug in and out, USBs are fairly accessible on the bottom with some fiddling, on off button is lighted and easy to activate, base is heavy and make the monitor feel somewhat stable and firm, and not nearly as wobbly as my Samsung 32inch. Nice thing about this 2560x1440 Dell, the Windows 11 fonts, sizing, and graphics are much easier to read than my Samsung 4k tiny print. Windows XP AND 7 were a dream for having one place to change how everything looked or made readable. Windows is dumber, less fun, and more complicated, as cell phones become smarter and wiser. LASTLY, here's why, IMHO, that the price dropped by $100. This Dell, unlike some others I've owned, does not allow you to adjust the monitor's physical leveling. The monitor only moves horizontally and vertcally, but not from landscape to portrait mode. Why is this important, the monitor is about an 1/8th to 1/4 of an inch off from being level!! Have never seen this. You cannot adjust it to level. After much contemplation, loosening screws and retightening, shimming, NOTHING WORKED, and I'm am very good at fixing stuff. How did I fix it? I put one taller base foot temporarily on the right side to mitigate the drooping on that side. Sanding down the rubber feet on the left may work too. OK, on to other problems. I decided to keep it and not return it. Your welcome Amazon. Still a good deal for $350. ... show more

  • Can't be beat at this pricepoint
This thing is legit. Dampened multidirectional movement to position screen exactly how you want it. Stand-integrated cord management. Easy on the eyes with crystal clarity. Response time 1ms. I'd buy it again, and will after a move. Don't know why I attached a photo; it will only look as good as your weakest component. Here you go anyway. ... show more

  • BACKLIGHT ISSUES
Item shipped in a reasonable time and looked like the images and the packaging was in fair condition. I am finding amazon monitors for less than $400.00, or so, to ALL have significant backlight bleed. Well I can't really say "All" because I just can't test "All" of them but the 3 or 4 I have tested have all produced the same craftsmanship which, to me, is very poor. here's an example; I got a monitor about 5 years ago that had ZERO backlight bleed, for right around $300.00 and was PERFECT! that was until it started having backlight bleed. Now I consider it broken which, I believe, should be the description for all the monitors I have tried. ... show more

  • Great for those who on the computer for long hours
I originally had a different monitor, which after a few hours my eyes could not stand it anymore. I replacement with this dell since my second monitor was dell too. Did the trick, will stick with dell moving forward. Can be used horizontally or vertically, with no issues, and looks great!
