Very happy with the color and text display quality of this VA panel and no fear of burn-in as this is not an OLED. But still deeper blacks than IPS Black Panels. Was worried about excessive heat generation like in my old plasma TV, but it's minimal. Much better power/heat efficiency than Mini LED and OLED panels. Have not tested it for gaming but from what I've read, it's great for casual gaming. Excellent value for $ with the USB-C connection to laptop for a clutter-free desktop. Really great monitor. It's the consumer version of the one I use at work. This version includes speakers, which I didn't care too much about but are a nice bonus. High quality display, very attractive stand, and very stable. I especially have to give a hat tip to whoever designed the packaging and setup. I know that sounds funny, but it was very well packaged, and set up was possibly one of the most intuitive I've ever done, with visuals on the packaging. And it's a great price point. Brilliant monitor, the quality of the picture exceeds expectations when tested with action movie. The USB C display and power connection works seemlessly when swapping between Laptop, along with all the USB devices connected through the monitor, including when using a USB multiplier. The monitor is truly both display and laptop dock in one, is this not sold in the description. My next step is mounting to the wall, to make more space. This is my 3rd monitor that i've tried, and this one was the winner. Some of you might know about the issue with the Mac's problem with many monitors: there's some kind of incompatibility between the native mode of the Mac and the native mode of the Monitor which results in very blury text, especially small text. In theory, there is a software fix for it, but it never worked for me on any of my attempts. Not only does this monitor not have this issue, but it is a true single-plug docking station for a Macbook via a USB-C port: it does video, audio, power and USB pass-through for connected devices (keyboard, mouse, camera, etc) through a single plug. It will also power USB devices connected to the monitor. IMO, this monitor is better than the actual Apple displays (i've had 2.) I'm so incredibly thrilled! ... show more
