I am a teacher and so far I have had no functional issues with this product. It is holding lots of papers, and it isn't falling apart. It also looks good on my desk. When I was assembling it, the screws were relatively easy to get in. The only obstacle I encountered was that once they were all together, the shelves that slid in didn't align with the small metal ledge at the back. I believe the shelf was supposed to lay on top of it, but only one of them worked like that. The rest were slightly below causing a slightly crooked shelf.
