Ordered off pics and description that looked and sounded good. Also it took a month to get to me not the 7-10 days advertised. It looked really pretty and fit my saddle well. I am skeptical about the quality of the leather, stitching and buckles as they do not have the feel and look of quality I am used to with American made Tack. Time will tell how this holds up. I plan to do another update after a while of use to give this a 1 or 5 star review, depending how it performs and holds up. Leather: Looks a little thin and feels dry and brittle, not flexible. When I try to bend it, it feels like cardboard and I'm afraid of cracking it. Update: I bought a quart of neatsfoot oil and this saddlebag soaked up the entire thing, so they used extremely dry leather. Now it is soft and plyable. Stitching: Threads are not sewn well & look like they could unravel and the whole thing fall apart. Buckles: These are poorly shaped making it difficult to open and close, but I plan to oil the leather and maybe even trim the straps a little to let them slip through easier. Update: after oiling leather, the straps move in and out of the buckles fine. Overall appearance: GORGEOUS.... just hoping it is better quality than first impression I got when it arrived.... WILL UPDATE :) okay, it did not take a month or two as expected to know how this would hold up, but only one week. In fact the first day one strap broke. After 1 week of riding I have five places either broken or coming apart. Inexpensive nice looking leather product like this should last for years, not just a few days. Very disappointing & poor quality! The design is beautiful and I think I will take this piece of junk into a saddle maker and have one made just like it out of good materials and with quality craftsmanship. Additionally, the seller approved my return but told me they will determine how much to refund me based on the condition of the product they get back. In other words, they are not giving me a full refund because the saddlebag is coming apart and I may not hardly get any money back. They are not guaranteeing their product and only refunding for a new condition product, so if I send it back to them I am not getting refunded for the fact they sold me an inferior product.
