After breakfast most of my coffee mugs, I knew it was time to purchase some new ones. This was it. It was love at first sight. And upon receiving them, I decided they are even better looking, sturdy, and I really like the design. I did see a few remarks that it wasn't easy to put your hands through, but I don't see the difference between these and my old ones. You can store one inside the other. They are the perfect size for me, as it holds about 1 1/2 cups. I use them for tea - popping in the microwave to heat water, and they do very well. The cups are beautiful and that’s why I ordered them but didn’t give enough thought on how heavy they would be. If you don’t have any issues with your hands they will probably be just fine for you. I am just starting to have some arthritis issues with my fingers and wow these cups made that very obvious. The handle just puts all the weight on your fingers and it’s kind of a small handle so the weight is not distributed enough to make it comfortable. They are packaged extremely well and would make a beautiful gift as other reviewers have said. I may return if I can’t think of anyone who I could gift them to. ... show more
