  • Easy upgrade, big visual difference
Size: 17.7" x 120"
The media could not be loaded. This made our built-ins look so much better. The color is really pretty in person, and it instantly made everything feel cleaner, brighter, and more finished. My biggest tip is to use a blow dryer during application. That helped the paper adhere better and made the whole process go much more smoothly. Once we did that, it worked like a pro. For a relatively easy update, this ended up making a surprisingly big difference. Really happy with how it turned out. ... show more

  • Looks Good, But the Finish Isn’t My Favorite
Size: 17.7" x 120"
The color and wood grain are nice. great for a quick furniture or counter refresh. It was easy to cut and stick, and the adhesive seems to holds well without damaging surfaces. Just not loving the finish up close—it looks a bit more plastic-y than I expected. Still a solid option for the price!

  • It can take a lot of mishandling and still smooth out perfectly!
Size: 17.7" x 120"
I enjoyed this contact paper. I’m not sure how long it will last as I’m using it (horizontally on flat paint) but it was very forgiving of the millions of times I had to rip it off and reset it. It did take a bit of paint off (you can see the patch of light spots above the strip) but it was taken off and reapplied several times- on one coat of paint, and when this part happened, I was pulling it off from the opposite side of the bed. The paper didn’t rip at all. As far as I can tell, it has no marks on it whatsoever that would indicate the difficulties I had getting it straight, either! I can’t say I love my new headboard but it’s contact paper, not a headboard. I thought I wanted it taller so there were two strips but I didn’t like that so I took the top one off. I may as well leave a picture of that, too. It’s hideous, but it’s not the contact paper’s fault. The paper itself looks nice and took quite a beating so I can’t complain. I know they probably all have it but I made good use of the lines on the back, there’s no way I could cut straight otherwise. If anyone else is thinking of using it this way, I have a full size bed and had 10.5” left over. I will also mention that it would have been a big help if someone else had been home to hold the other side while I peeled off the backing as I went. I do think it smoothed out nicely though. I also would not have tried two strips if I didn’t have extra paint, knowing flat paint comes off easily and it only has one coat. I think it might take some getting used to but if I don’t like it in a few days or a week I’ll just take it off, no big deal. I do think it’s better than nothing though, right? ... show more
