I was very pleased with this product. The colors and the construction are done very well. The ends are moderately heavy and can easily hold items over twice their height. The only dig is that the right-hand end is not completely vertical, so there is a noticeable slight angle at the bottom. Apart from that I found this product to be even better than the photos. Just wish it was a little bigger.

I have quite a few Louis L'amour books; it's a collection. I'm running out of room, so I purchased these Colosseum book ends to put on top of my bookcase to extend shelf life. It works! It's looks great as well.

I’d give this zero stars if that were an option. The main issue was a giant chunk of one bookended was missing. Meaning broken off. And the other bookend also had a few smaller chips of missing pieces. But the box it was shipped in was perfectly fine and the missing chunks of the bookends were NOT in the box. So that means this product was purposely packaged in a broken state. Deceptive seller! The other issue is the items looked nothing like the product photo. The portions of the bookend that should look like rustic or aged wood were in fact spray painted solid black. And they never masked off the Arcs, so there was about 1.5 inches of black paint overspray on the Arcs.
