Great looking cabinet with tons of storage, great features with makeup mirrors, outlets and usb's. Has high quality Blum hinges, very adjustable and easy to install. Excellent customer service as well! The shipping process was a bit eventful as FedEx broke the initial shipment without even getting to our door. I called Decadom direct and they had a replacement shipped the next day, didn't need to go through the Amazon seller contact to take care of it - big plus! After actually receiving the cabinet I'm amazed how it was damaged, the packaging is above and beyond what you would expect, very secure. Install was straight forward, directions are clear and easy enough for a homeowner to install. Only think I would have like to seen would be an option to route the electrical through the center of the cabinet back rather than the side but it worked out fine. The makeup mirrors on the inside of the doors have a much brighter halo light circling the mirror which is really nice, also the having mirrors on all surfaces inside and out with the 170 degree hinges let you see every possible angle. Just a great setup and a good company that really stands behind it's products - 5 star!

This mirror cabinet is loaded with useful features! It has a plug and USB ports inside so you can have a clean, non cluttered look. The interior mirror reflects the interior lights, making it easy to put on make up (especially useful if you are nearsighted, you don't have to lean across the vanity). The clock and temperature display are useful in keeping you on track to get out of the house. They also act as a night light. The light frame is separately adjustable for both color and intensity. The defogger is efficient as well. The personalized service is outstanding. I was kept up to date with the supply chain issue (not unexpected in late winter 2022) and was told when to expect it. Unfortunately it arrived with a cracked door, but one phone call to a personal cell resolved the issue promptly. The modular design meant we didn't need to wait for another cabinet, but a door that arrived intact in a couple of days. Installation was easy for our contractor. He was impressed with the quality and features of this unit. It was tons better than what we saw available locally, and at a very fair price!

My husband convinced me to splurge on this medicine cabinet and it turned out to be one of my favorite pieces in our bathroom remodel. I love the time and temp features, the range of lighting options, the anti fogging, and the beautiful interiors that allow us to simultaneously charge and hide our water pick cord. It was extremely well packaged for shipping, even including a protective wood 2x4 frame. Unfortunately, it was not handled with care and the frame was mangled and the box damaged when it arrived. It had obviously been dropped hard during shipping and there was a small crack in the interior mirror. I emailed customer service and the owner of the company call me back almost immediately. Within a couple days, I had a new cabinet, and this time it was handled well and was in perfect condition. I'm truly blown away with how much I'm loving this medicine cabinet. It's beautiful, extremely well made, and the customer service was incredible. Love, love, love this and would highly recommend!!!

We just made two small full bathrooms in a 1.5 bathroom area. Our kids wanted to be hip and get lighted mirrors. In our search we found these mirrors that have a medicine cabinet, and thought why not try them out. The mirrors are great, really manufactured well and look sleek in the bathrooms. We ordered one with the light all around and one with the two lights on the side. The one with the light had a slight fade in one area. I was able to contact the seller who picked up the phone and called me. He sent us a new mirror door within days and we were able to swap out the door easily. This seller has wonderful customer service. I standby his product and would recommend him to anyone.

We are in process of remodeling our master bath and wanted to explore the possibility of installing two medicine cabinets that have LED lighting in the front mirror surface. Also, we wanted the ability to have electricity inside the cabinets providing a power source to usb connections and also power outlets for an electric shaver, hair dryer or curling irons. After conducting a great deal of research of all manufacturers of these type of medicine cabinets we purchased two Decadom 2430LH. After purchasing the two medicine cabinets they were ship to our residence in a very timely manner and we were extremely impressed how well the units were packaged. They arrived in very high quality bubble wrapped like card board, with all surfaces taped with high quality packaging tape. Surrounding the packaging was a very solid wooden frame to create a skeletal infrastructure to support the possible hazards of transport with the shipping industry. We are very impressed with Decadom medicine cabinets we purchase.

I love this mirror. I know it’s a steep price but it’s amazing and perfect for the space I was trying to fill with both a medicine cabinet and a light. I received a broken piece due to shipping and after contacting the seller I had a new piece on the way. I absolutely would buy again and the seller/company was so nice. I was really torn up about having to possibly return the mirror but the pieces are made to be changed if something is ever broken. I would recommend to anyone and due to the customer service I would buy from this company again and again

I don’t normally write a review but I feel that this one deserves to know my appreciation. Our mirror arrived with one of the mirror broken. After we contacted Amazon we immediately received a message from DECADOM asking how they could help me. Mr. Russ was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and the next business day shipped us were a new piece to replace the broken one. We really love our LED mirror cabinet which displays a clock and room temperature. We much appreciate the customer support received and I highly recommend DECADOM.
