My trainer advised I used bare minimum flat footwear when I perform deadlifts and leg press for better performance. I was amazed how well these type of sneakers will help my performance. The price helps with affordability. The material is not made with typical sneaker material. The material is made to be this to simulate a sock with a rubber bottom to give the miminal effect. Nothing to dislike about the shoes except the colors. But that's what makes them Spiffy looking. They stand out. But when it comes to my actual leg sesh, nothing compares. The stability is on point. My next pair will be the lifters. 10/10 recommended
