i’ve been using this for months and have competed three times with them at powerlifting state/regionals/etc. Good grip even with the shoe being too big on me- the velcro’s helps it stay tight around my foot. Good option on the cheaper side

The shoes are pretty good but I got the wrong insoles. Both are right foot insoles and it makes the left shoe feel uncomfortable

Comfortable and effective for lifting exercises. In that regard, I love them. Having said that; they fly right off my feet when I do sled pushes. I’ve tightened the straps to the point of almost cutting off circulation, but they still won’t stay in my feet when I’m pushing a sled with any more than 300 lbs. or I’m pushing for speed.
