First things first, i wear a size 9.5 -10. I saw reviews saying that the shoe was too big and you needed to order a size down. I bought a size down and had to return them because they were too small. Order true to size. Now after getting the right size, these were great. My form felt better and I could drive through my heels when squatting and deadlifting. Really nice shoes that would be perfect for deadlifting, except that they're too small. I wear size 12.5, sometimes it pushes into 13. I got the 12.5's, the largest they offer, and they fit like at most size 12's, possibly smaller. I have to curl my big toe a bit to fit them on. I had to return them. Really disappointing. If they offered 13's or even 13.5's, I'd get a pair. ... show more

These shoes are perfect for lifting and allow my feet to get a grip without worrying I’ll slip with my socks, I’ve been able to feel comfortable with the weight so it allows me to lift heavier.
