Great boots
I wasn’t sure how I felt about this fancy pulley system, but after a couple of seasons I’m very pleased. These are great boots and much easier to put on/take off than my old lace-up boots. They get nice and tight without any slipping around. As long as those little wires don’t snap, I’ll be a happy customer for years to come.

The size is wrong mark it’s smaller like a whole number under : example I got a 9.5 but it felt like a 8 please know that, other than that they are really good

You can't fit your feet in the boot.

I bought these boots new, but they arrived looking like they had been previously used. That was disappointing, but the bigger issue was that I couldn't actually get my feet into the boots. No matter how much I loosened the BOA lacing system or tried different ways of opening the boot, I simply couldn't get my feet in. I've worn many different boots over the years and have never experienced this problem before. The opening just seemed unusually difficult to get through, and there wasn't enough room to comfortably get my foot inside. I honestly don't understand how a snowboard boot could be designed this way. I would have kept them if I could get my feet in, but after several attempts, I had to return them. Unfortunately, these boots just didn't work for me.

I purchased these to replace my husband's old pair of snowboarding boots. What attracted me to them was the dual boa and the price. He's used them several times this year already and LOVES them. They're sturdy with the right amount of flex, keep his feet warm, comfortable, and are easy to get on and off. One thing to note is the size. He's normally a size 11, but I went by his EU size and purchased a size 11.5. This was the right call as the size 11 would have been too small. I would defiitely recommend these snowboarding boots.
