Initially ordered these shoes, the first pair the threads were falling out on the right shoe. They were returned for that same reason they offered a replacement, which I selected and the replacement eventually arrived. I had the same issue with threads on the right shoe of the replacement coming out. There was no replacement option available at this time only a return option where it is stated could take up to 30 days to receive a refund. In my opinion 30 days to receive a refund is quite unreasonable and is poor customer service. I’m very dissatisfied with the way.
