They are not true to size. I'm a size 6.5, so asked for that, but they did not fit. I couldn't even put the foot inside, and when I did, they were way too tight. I meassured them with one of my regular shoes, and surprisingly they were the same size, but for some reason they simply did not fit. I suppose it's the material. I was, however, impressed with the shoes themselves. They seemed soft, had good inner shoe pads. To me it was a real shame they didn't fit. I do think I'll ask again for ones but of bigger size (am not sure if 7 or 7.5). ------------------- update: I asked for a size 7 and fit perfectly, unfortunately they did not come with the inner cushion and insoles that the first pair came with. It is such a shame to be this dishonest in what these people sell, when they could have just send it as it originally was and get a costummer for life. ... show more

Size was perfect, very good quality and the look good on. I got the white with brown accent color. I also like the insole with the pressure points, it's like getting a reflexology session everytime you wear them. And also that there is another plain insole.
