It has been several years since I ditched the old Nylon/Velcro wallet that sported the 80’s technology and I have been using a minimalist wallet similar to this one ever since. I have replaced the strapping on my old wallet a couple of times, but eventually the wallet manufacturer stopped offering strapping replacement, so I decided to try a different brand. I like that this has an ID/License window, and it protects my license better than my older wallet because of the covered window, which helps to prevent my license from getting scratched-up. Since I am already familiar with this type of wallet, I knew exactly what to expect in terms for form, function, and features. So far, I really like this wallet and it appears well constructed and it looks sharp. Like my old wallet, it is best suited to front pocket use. Pros: - Has a minimalist design that takes up a small footprint in your front pocket. - Is extremely durable and weighs only 3-ounces. - Retains cards very firmly so that there is no fear of them falling out. - I was easily able to move all the contents to this wallet from my old wallet, which was 15-cards thick. So, it will hold what it claims. - The wallet has RFID blocking capability. - The money clip is not obtrusive. It’s also a tight clip from which I don’t worry about my bills or receipts falling out. - It has a finger/thumb cutout for easily pushing the cards out the side in order to fan them to the specific card you need. - It has an ID viewing window that protects the ID/license from scratches. It is a snug fit, so anything larger than a driver’s license likely won’t fit, but I am not worried about my license falling out either. - The money clip is easily removable with the included screwdriver in case you do not want to use it. Cons (really just nitpicks, I didn’t deduct any stars for these, but they are something to be cognizant of): - I don’t know how scratch resistant the ID window is and wonder if over time it will dull or scratch and will reduce the clarity of the window. - Like my other wallet similar to this one, the overall durability of this wallet is hinged upon the weakest link, which is the elastic banding. The question is as to how long the elastic banding will last? That remains to be seen, and I do not believe the bands are replaceable on this wallet. That’s what gave-out on my last wallet which rendered it unusable once it deteriorated. - My other wallet has a bottle opener, I wish this one did as well. Despite my nitpicks, at under twenty bucks I feel it would make a great daily wallet or travel wallet. Since this wallet has a protective and transparent ID window, it is what sets it apart from most other minimalist wallets on the market. This style of wallet takes some getting used to if you are not familiar with it, but once you’ve become accustomed to it, you’ll never want to go back to the old-style nylon or leather wallets.

This is a well made wallet. It's very light and pretty slim. The ID holder is a little tight, and does include a screwdriver to loosen it, but I worry with it loosened the screws will back out and get lost over time (though time will tell). Cards can also be a little hard to get out of the wallet at times. At the price though, this is an excellent alternative to the outrageously priced mainstream alternatives.

I have a business and personal cards as well as several other forms of ID I'm carry. I stack the cards in this and clip my folded cash to the outside. This makes a very small form factor for pockets and also makes my goodies sit deeper in my pocket, making it harder for it to pop out, or get pick pocketed. There is a cut-out that allows you to push the cards out the side easily. I can't speak to the RFID thing. The material is solid and should hold up for years.

I really like the ID slot on the front of this. It is very convenient when I only need to bring out my ID. However, the plastic is not as clear as I would like. So it makes it a little difficult to read the ID so I usually have to take it out. The design looks and feels nice but it's a bit on the bulky side for something I'm using to minimize. But it's much smaller than my regular tri-fold wallet. The money clip seems to work so far but feels a little flimsy. I've only had it a week but I worry that the clip will wear out.

This is the first time I've seen a minimalist wallet up close, so this is a review by a complete newbie. The wallet seems well made and is a very sleek design. The frosted cover for the ID holder is kind of strange. This is the first time I have needed instructions for how to use a wallet. Once I knew to look for an elastic band the rest was easy. However, as someone with arthritis I can say that this would be difficult to use at times because it takes a certain amount of strength and dexterity which I don't consistently have. I don't think this is a design flaw because the way the wallet works just requires this, but it's something to be aware of when considering if this will work for you. I got this to give as a gift to someone who uses a rubber band instead of a wallet currently, because they travel a lot and the rfid blocking will be really helpful for them. The color is great too. Overall a good option.

This is a sturdy mini wallet. It has a nice semi-transparent holder for a license or ID card. I did find it a little difficult to open due to the strength of the elastic band that holds the two halves together. You can put 12-15 cards inside, but it will be pretty thick if you do.
